I spent nine years building a business that looked like everything I'd dreamed of and learning, the hard way, what it costs when ambition has no ceiling. This is the first time I'm teaching the shift that changed everything for me: from Operator to Owner.

So I followed it. I scaled a business to multi-million euro revenue doing exactly what I was told. And somewhere along the way, the business I'd built to set me free became my golden cage. More success didn't mean more freedom. It meant more meetings, more decisions, more of me holding everything together.
That's when I understood: it was never a strategy problem. Every expert kept handing me another piece of the puzzle without ever asking if it belonged in mine.

I grew up in a small German village, the kind of kid who said what she thought and wanted to be seen. My father used to tell me I had a golden treasure inside me that nobody could ever take away. I didn't know yet how much I'd need to remember that.
At 18, I lost my mother. I lost the life I thought I was building. And I had to find my way back to myself from somewhere very far down.
What I built afterward became Learn to Love Yourself. First a passion project, then, almost without me planning it, a multi-million company and over 6,000 women I've worked with directly.
And still, I built it the way most ambitious women do. All in, all the time, no separation between me and the business. Until I understood the difference between owning something and being owned by it.
Today I live in Dubai. I work a fraction of the hours I used to, and earn more than I ever did running myself into the ground. I finally became the woman who could receive what I'd already built.
This is what I teach now.
